Why One Needs a Vaporizer?Liquefied propane gas (lpg) is stored as liquid in a gas tank and can used only as a vapor.
The vaporizer designed by long men company utilizes an electric heater which heats water to bathe the liquid gas piping; this warm water baht indirectly evaporates liquid gas into vapor.
The vaporizing capacity of the liquid gas in the gas tank is always variable according to:
- The temperature of the climate.
- The volume of the gas tank, and
- The amount of the liquid gas in the gas tank. Therefore, the liquid gas on its own relied cannot be on to fully vaporize.
We also use stainless sheet to manufacture it.
Capacity and Feature
The capacity of long men’s electric waterbath vaporizers range from 50kg/hr to 500kg/hr.
Heaters and auto- thermostats are explosion proof structures. A d2G4 explosion proof certificate granted from the bureau of commodity inspection and quarantine.
We use seamless stainless pipes for the heater vapor cylinder and liquid coiled pipe for the water tank, these treatments assures long men’s vaporizer to be corrosion resistant and to possess a longer life.
Long Men Company insists on using seamless users’ safety. All our vaporizers have to pass a 27 kg/cm2 high pressure test.
Stainless float valve prevents liquid gas from being carried into the oven through the piping.
Specially designed seamless stainless steel liquid drain pipe can quickly expel the accumulated liquid residue from the vaporizer, and prevent from residue adhesion.
Safety valve on the vapor side can automatically shut off after releasing overpressure gas.
Glass fiber insulation of 25mm in thickness keeps the temperature of the water tank steady and reducer the consumption of electricity.
